if you want to keep business, whether it be regular customers or new customers, it would be beneficial to treat your customers with respect and allow for coupons that you started for promotional value.

I am very disappointed with this Groupon experience. I bought a Groupon good for 2 appertizer , 4 entrees and 4 drinks. We ordered everything as specified with only one exception. We ordered 3 entrees from the entree section and substitute one from the curry menu ( chicken pad Penang which cost 8.95 same as any other dishes on the entree menu). The owner said that is okay and we may get charged for a little difference , which I don't get. Because we only ordered 3 entrees and 1 from the curry menu at the same price as other. But we just think the difference won't be much anyway. But he charged us $23.95 !! Since we go to the restaurant often and don't want to cause a scene so we let it go.
