Restaurateurs Nick and Giovanna Kustala split the duties of designing the menu at Vault Steak House, with Nick crafting the cuisine and Giovanna cultivating a list of wines to pair with the food. The main attraction is the 28-day dry-aged steaks, ranging from cuts of chateaubriand to 28-ounce delmonico steaks and 24-ounce porterhouses. All the food is great! It is a small place with a small kitchen so your experience might be the best when they are not super crowded and get backed up in then kitchen (which is understandable ). Food is better than anything around!

Our waiter pushed and pushed for us to try to "Chef's Whim" . My husband ultimately caved and agreed to it. Unfortunately it was terrible. Not at all what the waiter implied it could be.
