First the clinic rescheduled twice without explanation, then during my mom's second visit she found out that they had been evicted from the plaza. They did not call to cancel or inform us, and also closed their only other location without telling any patients or offering refunds or solution. On top of that they did a pour job and there may be a medical issue due to their injections. Currently looking towards filing a more formal complaint and legality issues. DO NOT BUY. Will also make you buy more on top of groupon or they won't take it.

I was only able to get in two sessions out of my six I payed for before this company disappeared. They did not answer any of my phone calls either..

They are a scam. They made up a lie in order to cancel my appointment, and then closed their business after accepting payment - without providing services. I have confirmed with the property that they didn't pay their rent, and then they just up and left, leaving behind many angry customers. Do not purchase from this business.

I've been going to GL for a long time but the entire operation has changed and it's not pretty. I got the Cool Lipo done and ended up with 3rd degree burns!!! When I called to speak with someone, no one was ever available and the phone just went to VM. Eventually they saw me but the procedure did nothing. I just ended up with a nasty burn and hoping it's not going to leave a permanent scar
