PB Athletic Wear & Yoga, North Palm Beach

Kristen Lemoine always had a passion for the arts, a passion which found a new form of expression when she started to design fitness clothing. As a veteran gymnast, Kristen understood how clothing needed to move to let the body be at its most flexible. It turns out her designs, and her enjoyment of exercise, translated well to yoga. Ultimately, she decided to join her ongoing fitness practice and design business into a single venture, PB Athletic Wear & Yoga, where she outfits aspiring yogis as they head into classes. The team of teachers at PB leads a true variety of yoga; they helm 15 types of yoga classes, in fact. They practice basic hatha, vinyasa, and yin yoga alongside more modern variations, such as aerial yoga, which uses fabric slings attached to the ceiling to support parts of the body.
