They wouldn't honor my Groupon that had expired by one day. They also did not serve champagne and I ended up having to pay an additional amount that was not covered by the Groupon. Not good customer service. I did not receive what I expected as described by the Groupon. Very disappointed.

It's ok. I bought the Group On for three visits at All Tressed Up. The first visit was easy to use. The service was ok. I had gone to the DryBar in Westlake before and the service there was amazing. So I thought I'd try the this place, it did not compare. I tried to use up the other two visits, but could never get back in, so I guess there are a lot of satisfied clients, I'm just not one of them. Our schedules never synced up.
