No refrigerator in room or microwave. Had to pay and extra $50 as resort fees when I arrived. Will absolutely never stay at that resort again!

The room was renovated and nice. We had an executive suite with a king size bed. Very spacious.

How would I rate this? Impossible to do. The resort did not have our reservation. We purchased this through Groupon and it came out of our account, but the resort did not receive a reservation for us. I’m expecting a full refund from a Groupon for this. (We were able to get a letter on letterhead stating that they did not receive a reservation from Groupon in our name).
