*The employees are not that friendly *you are not allowed to use your phone. This did not happen to me, but while I was doing my own workout another member answered their phone and within seconds an employee was telling them you are not allowed to take calls, it distracts people's workout...(seriously)? Almost everyone wears headphones and wouldn't even hear the conversation. *They have a room, like most gyms, where they have group classes, etc. While this room is not being utilized by classes it is forbidden to go in. I went in to stretch and was told I would be kicked out of the facility if I ever did that again. Mind you, this was my first visit. May I suggest simply locking the door, if its that big of an issue? There is nothing but open space and mirrors in this room, I have attended many gyms and never had a problem. *The machines are dated and could use upgrades. Often out of order. I am so glad we were allowed to test this gym out before committing to a long term membership. This gym is a lot closer to my home, but I would rather make the drive to a better one. On a good note, the locker rooms are nice and they have towel service.

I have gone to cardiac rehab at this facility, then as a member of the wellness center since 2013. I love going here but at $48/mo just can't afford to go for any extended period of time. There are always very qualified trainers as well as medical personal if you should need any emergency help. Getting a $41 Groupon for 3 months is a fabulous deal.
