BayCare Fitness Centers offer the community a unique alternative to the standard health club. Incorporating physical fitness with coaching allows clients to experience a total wellness transformation of the mind, body, and spirit. A staff of physical trainers supplements the fully equipped cardio and strength-training equipment and group classes. The center boasts more than 40 group fitness classes per week, including spinning, P90X®LIVE, Zumba, Insanity, BOKWA, Yoga, Pilates, and more. Before or after a workout, clients can take advantage of towel service, babysitting, group coaching classes with personal trainers, massages performed by licensed massage therapists, and more.
