Very easy!! Fast! And professional. The mileage and taxes are not included in this groupon.. This will bring up the price a bit... But still not a bad deal at all.. Comes out to about $90 for a 3 day rental. Enterprise would have been about $20 more.. I want to add that the car was bran new.. I will rent from here again!

customer service was amazing !! 100% very good, but i purchase a grupon to save money but i end up paying like 70 dollar extra because of miles so at the end i end up paying like 125 for 3 days, i felt like it was a scam, so never again. I wanted my money back, always a trick with this so call " coupons "
