Pilates V, Palo Alto

Pilates V is a studio offering the classical Pilates movement with a fusion of modern techniques and adaptations. Students are exposed to Pilates equipment including Balanced Body Studio Reformers, EXO Chairs, Springboards, and Jumpboards, as well as specialty classes including TRX and Barre. Featuring trainers from diverse backgrounds with extensive experience and an array of classes for different fitness levels, Pilates V strives to cater to the individual needs of each student.
