Horrible, horrific and just disgusting! Business is temporary closed or closed for me, called multiple times but no one picked up and no response for my complaint/ appointment. Just horrible

Overall bad experience. My technician glued my left eye bottom lash and had to cut to get the glue off. When all was done she ended up cutting my bottom lashes. Not to mention she was doubled booked and rushed my full set of lashes to less than 30 min.
