This was my first lymphatic massage so wasn't sure what to expect. When it was over I felt less tight and better. You will need t drink lots of water the day prior, before and after the massage. You will also pee a lot, but the toxins and fluid that's been clogging your body. I highly recommend it.

Tracy is very nice and professional. I booked a lymphatic drainage and it was very efficient: I was full of fluids and I feel so released !! I highly recommend it
