I get to inform individuals about their taxes, and provide excellent customer service!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
A man came in thinking that he was not going to get much on his return because of the accountants he already seen. Based on previous student loans and child support debt we started working and I was able to maximize his return, doubling the other accountants offers, he cried for joy!
