Beautiful Med Spa however the very first thing they did was take me in a room and tell me I needed about $7000 worth of services. I came in on a GroupOn and they tried very hard to get me to buy more and when I respectfully declined at the time the tech was very rude to me in the first and second (IPL) sessions and although I asked I never got a deep treatment that actually caused any sun damage to lift and come off my face like I normally do with IPLs. There are thousands of Med Spas in Scottsdale, this is one I would not go to again.

Disappointing. When you buy a Groupon for a particular treatment, you ought to get that full treatment, not a diluted version. Worse, I wouldn't have even known I was getting a diluted treatment if I hadn't had the non-diluted treatment several times prior. Groupons are a great way to discover if a particular service provider is trustworthy and deserving of continued investment. If my experience with Ultherapy here showed me anything, it's that this one isn't.
