Communication was awful. Took me several days of back and forth to finally set up my couples massage. Masseuse talked most of the session. Felt more like a rub and not a massage. New technique of leg and pelvis stretching was cool though. Office smelled heavy of Sage which I normally like but waked out with a head headache because it was so strong.

WORST massage ever! Victor is not licensed in the state of Arizona & ended up hurting my lower back as he invented some stretches as the session went on. I couldn’t wait till the session was over. Extremely uncomfortable and strange “massage”

Racial profiling is very real .. We have not ever experienced this in the five years we have been in business.. But this is definitely a problem.. And we will not be serving you again you are not welcome thank you

I had to wait outside for 15 minutes due to the door to their suite being locked. None of the phone numbers worked to contact them. I was finally able to get inside because another person walked out.
Once I got inside, everyone there was very nice and accommodating. They explained the situation about the lock and apologized. I had an overall, very nice massage.
