About Big Bus Tours - Las Vegas

From the faux Eiffel Tower in Las Vegas to the real Eiffel Tower in Paris, Big Bus Tours provides a smooth ride to some of the most famous landmarks in the world. Live guides and recorded commentary provide insight into historic places such as the Tower of London and the Man Mo Temple in Hong Kong, and popular attractions such as Miami's Art Deco district. The hop-on, hop-off system allows travelers to enter and exit the open double-decker buses at their leisure, stopping at restaurants to sample the local cuisine, at local boutiques to pick up souvenirs, and at shopping malls to observe the interactions of teenagers and their natural enemy: the security guard.

I didnt get to go actually . Notified Groupon and tried Big Bus tours multiple times by chat my flight got delayed 10 hours the day of the flight and I wouldnt be able to make the tour. Big Bus tours didnt even have enough courtesy to respond. Heck neither one even have phone numbers you can call and talk to a rep. Total Joke , Save yourself! I would have gladly accepted any type of resolution.

We arrived to board at stop 2 in the morning about 15 min before scheduled stop time. The bus was 15 minutes late. When we got around to stop 1, we sat in the sun for 20 minutes while they tried to sell tickets to people walking by. The people downstairs didn't have a/c or the breeze on a 90 degree day. There was little information about Vegas in general. We had learned about the mob at the Mob Museum (highly reccomended). The rest if the trip was plugging casinos or wedding chapels. We have done several red bus tours in other cities and this was the only time we have been disappointed. The people were nice and the driver sold us water.
