Tried to redeem at encore beach club. Was told by the venue manager that they were not associated with this vendor. Venue manager tried calling vendor to speak with their manager and was declined by the customer service rep. DO NOT BUY THIS GROUPON. was told by the venue I was the 3rd person last week who tried to redeem these fake passes.
