We focus on wedding couples, brides, grooms, bridal party, family members who are shredding for the wedding.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
By listening to our clients and bringing in elements that they enjoy so it does not feel like a workout.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I hated what I looked like in my wedding pictures despite that it was the happiest day of my life. I wonder how many out wedding couples felt the same way. I want to help them before they get married,

What do you love most about your job?
The accomplishment that my clients achieve and that final dress fitting when they smile!
