Wow. I dont believe reviews from Groupon. First of all, Larry didn’t answer the phone nor voice message for several days. I requested the Groupon to refund me. Then he called me to schedule. I came to the salon and he was not there of course. I waited and decided to leave. He messaged me if I dont come back he has to redeem the purchase while he didn’t even inform me that he was gonna be late. What a great customer service. Now he marked the groupon as if It is my fault. Great customer service!

Call log shows I called you back the following day after you called and left me a voicemail. We set up an appointment for you for today at 12:30. I was finishing my client that was before you and after I was finished with that client and cleaned up my station for you, I came up front to come greet you at 12:34 but you already left.
So I wad technically 4 minutes late. But you had left. Which leaves me with an open appointment spot. Which is then considered a no show.And costs me money lost.
I asked you to come back, but you refused.
I redeemed your Groupon because it is considered a no show.
I was with a client and had to finish up with her, which is why I was 4 minutes getting to you
You showed up 10 minutes before your appointment time, which doesn't make me 14 minutes late
Your appointment time was for 12:30. I came to greet you at 12:34.
You chose to leave. I asked you to come back and I would still honor it...you refused.
Its considered a no show

Immediately connected with Larry. He did exactly what I asked. This is a big deal because a lot of times people don’t listen. My hair looks fantastic. I will continue with Larry in the future. Great hairstylist⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
