My sons and their friends enjoyed the experience however there were customer service was problematic. They showed up on Thursday for their scheduled outing only to be told they had no record of the appointment. It was rescheduled to the next day. When my wife talked to the manager the next day, the manager apologized that the employee was mistaken. They were scheduled for Thursday and in addition to that, there was room for them to participate on Thursday. The manager again apologized to my sons implied they'd get additional rounds for the prior day's hick-up. Instead they got charged $280 additional for the 4 of them. Beware of them trying to up-charge you.

Very nice but safety instructions could have been a notch better

What a great time. My wife, who had never shot a gun was very reluctant when I told her what we were going to do. She loved it, we have the targets up on the wall in the garage. The staff was great and is right by your side to help if needed. I enjoyed the heck out of it.
