Check-in staff was friendly & helpful. Room was clean & smoke-free. Bed was comfortable. Just had very bothersome issue with check-out.

The hotel was beautiful and the stay was fine but we paid for the room with the Groupon and then we were charged for it again after check out. I have only been able to contact them through email and asked for a statement of our stay so that I can dispute it and I have received no response from them. I am still working to get the $240.00 charge reversed.
