The girl was friendly, but what I didn't like was finding out she wasn't a professional, but a trainee. When she cut my hair, she didn't really know how to do it and had someone supervising her at times. I wish this had been mentioned in the offer, but it was a surprise and there was nothing I could do. My hair is curly, and I thought they would understand and know how to work with hair like mine, but even though the service was good, the result wasn't what I expected.
