The Groupon and customer service was superb but the hydrafacial itself wasn’t as effective as previous ones I’ve had. I purposely left blackheads and I had a pimple on my face for the appointment which were not extracted or removed. This was advertised as Hydrafacial MD but wasn’t as deep cleansing as others.
