It was so relaxing & my feels so good!

There were a few shortcomings but the wonderful staff and how well they took care of me more than made up for them. The room was not cleaned when I was seated. The needles and medicine from one day earlier were on my tray. And also the seat cover was not changed. I had to tell the nurse about it. They also asked too many questions just to do PRP. It almost took an hour before we were done with the questions. I would understand if I was going to receive something other than my own blood. But for PRP it was unnecessary. The girl at front desk was very sweet and friendly. I think her name was Kiki. My favorite part of the appointment was Nurse Onon Harris was probably the best nurse I ever had. I did not feel the needle at all. She was very sweet, and good at what she was doing. She apologized for the room being dirty and changed the chair cover and cleaned the tray. She was very professional. She made me feel very comfortable. I would go back because of her.

A little difficult to schedule but worth the wait. Best facial I've had in years. Products were great for my sensitive skin and my esthetician is a true professional!
