The Otheroom, Las Vegas

With flagship locations in NYC and LA, the Otheroom sets the bar for a hip and modern ambiance. Despite this, it's not new to the drink and restaurant scene; in fact, it's been around since the '80s, evolving right alongside changing tastes and aesthetics.

And now, with a 1,500-square-foot space and similarly large patio, it's introducing itself to Las Vegas Boulevard. The new location's 18 craft drafts and 12 craft cocktails ensure the Otheroom's reputation for serving trendy drinks continues, and a gourmet food selection provides a similar experience of indulgent flavors presented with sophistication. Some of its house favorites include:

• Maple-bacon tots: Tater tots served with spicy rosemary maple syrup and minced bacon
• Lollipops: Yuzu-teriyaki-glazed chicken bites with ponzu sauce for dipping
• Shiitake burger: A half pound of black Angus beef topped with caramelized onions and sautéed shiitake mushrooms stuffed in a brioche bun
