I was criticized on how my hair was uneven & damaged. I was told that I need to condition more & take better care of my hair. I asked him if he could at least clean up & fix my hair & he made sure to do the least possible. I wanted my hair flat ironed & said he won’t do cause it’s too much work. Made me blow dry my own hair & he flat ironed just the top of my hair leaving the inside curly/frizzy.

stylist was good but I ended up paying additional 150 for full balayage. the owner was screaming at the stylists and the environment was not very relaxing

The woman colored my black hair orange and then cut it choppy and incredibly short and uneven. They tried to fix it and cut it even shorter. In my life- work experience ever. Also the place is alarmingly huge with no one inside. It’s very uncomfortable
