The weekend Alpha Koncepts concealed carry class was extremely well taught. Thomas is truly an expert in his field. He presented the curriculum in a way that made the class flow naturally and kept everyone engaged. He made the material interesting by sharing real-life experiences from both his students and his own life. He also has a great sense of humor, which made the long weekend enjoyable. Thomas thoroughly prepared us with the knowledge necessary to legally conceal and carry in Illinois. He did an excellent job getting us ready for the shooting qualification, including proper holster draws and safe firearm handling. I hadn’t shot a firearm in years, and my wife had never shot one before — yet we both passed. As long as you follow directions and prioritize safety at both the range and in the classroom, anyone can succeed. I researched multiple concealed carry classes in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, and Alpha Koncepts was by far the highest rated. Thomas has been teaching concealed carry classes since it became legal in Illinois, and his experience shows. If you’re serious about taking a concealed carry class, I highly recommend Alpha Koncepts. Thomas is not only a great instructor, but a genuinely great person as well.
