9Round is a 30 minute full body kickboxing workout. There are no class times so it always fits your schedule. A trainer is always included to keep you motivated.

Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well?
Children 13 and under are welcome to participate.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After breaking her back 17 years ago the doctors said she may not walk or have kids. Now Tanya has 3 kids and does kickboxing. Her doctors attributed her recovery to her dedication to fitness. That inspired her to help others through fitness.

What do you love most about your job?
Watching people grow from I can't do it to beast mode. Helping people grow stronger and improve their health.
