We provide world class instruction for a great new way to work out! Besides burning over 1,000 calories in a class, we instruct with a proper education in the martial art for safety and self defense. We provide more than a gym membership, we provide an education and a lifestyle.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Instructor Simmons is a life-long martial artist and has done everything from making movies, military combatives to international coaching. After his travels over the past few years, he has chosen to settle down in his home state and continue his passion for teaching martial arts.

What do you love most about your job?
Ask yourself, what excitement do you look forward to each day? If the answer is nothing, your living the wrong lifestyle. It's exciting to improve as a person, both mentally and physically, on a daily basis. It's very special and important to build your character as part of a daily routine.
