When they came to do the cleaning they indicated that the coupon I bought only covered the branch vents, not the main trunk line??? Doubled the cost to get the main vent line cleaned. False advertising, in my opinion, and certainly deceptive marketing.

The Groupon doesn’t cover the “trunk line” so expect an extra $389 charge for that PLUS $25 for each extra vent AND an additional $60 for each return.

BAIT & SWITCH SCAM. They charged $400 on top of the Groupon for an apartment with no major issues. Be warned: you will be charged the same or more. It would be cheaper and better service to use a reputable, certified company.
