She had to cancel my appointment at the last minute and then wouldn't honor it after it expired though she was the one who canceled it and wouldn't get back to me to get it rescheduled.

First Wax was great! So I bought a 3 pack but the merchant refused to honor it because she loses money on the 3 pack (not really the customer’s problem). She tried to have me get a refund which is impossible with Groupon. So she converted it to a 2 pack. My second Wax was ok. She no showed on the last visit and I had to wait an hour for her to come. She burned me with the wax and I have scars.
