She said for groupon users, there is $30 additional charge to cover fees etc. she did not inform me when I made my appointment and she told me that after I received the service. I felt like what I paid for groupon voucher was fake since she added $30

Slow down, stop rushing through the clients. Take time w the consultations, we are people, not simply means to make money as fast as you can. Get some disinfectant spray. If you'd rather be somewhere else than in your office, then do so. Gratuity is for good service, not an entitlement. I wish you had enough time to discuss the effect of colon therapy on the kidneys, as I now have a Dr. Appt for kidney pain as I have been increasingly uncomfortable ever since.

The owner didn't tell me until I'm already in there that there essentially was no Groupon since the taxes and gratuities added up to $15, I'd be paying the same as I normally would. While I tip very well, I have a problem with people telling me exactly how much service they gave and will be charging me. And I really hate the fraud of it all.
Beyond that, I told her I was unsure about returning because it was uncomfortable. She asked what hurt, assured me that repeated sessions could fix it, and it's because I don't drink enough water. Good... so it only causes me problems when I visit and if I drink more water this should help? Drinking water is cheaper than the $55 a week she wants.
