Pontoon boat was in poor condition. Steering wheel was loose. Battery problems
Broke down in the middle of the River.
We Towed it back with Jet Ski. Would like money refunded.

Henry in the office was nice and professional. We had a great time on the water on the pontoon boat. I must say, though, several parts of the boat's upholstery cushions were torn, beat up and unsightly. The website boasts "new interiors" but that was definitely not the case.
