I had to wait 4 hours at the shop. After 4 years they said they are having issue and asked to leave there for a day. Which I did.
I received the call when I was driving home that some how it got damaged during opening the device. I have to pay extra $80 to fix it.
It didn't make sense for me to spend extra $80 to fix for the device that was working when I handed o them.
It was supposed to surprise for my son. I end up buying new device.
In nutshell, instead of fixing the screen of my son's ipad, they totally damaged it.

Made an appointment at Cosmo yesterday; arrived with my cracked iphone 6; 20 minutes later, voila! Brand new screen put on and I was back in business. Thank you, Cosmo!

Sorry Cosmo, but you should have quality not quantity with your speedy service. You repaired my cracked screen with a terrible replacement along with the LCD even though it didn’t need to be replaced. The screen wasn’t seated properly which caused it to flex and protrude along with a wiggly home button. Even after coming back a second time. I wouldn’t recommend.

The repair lasted 2 weeks, but was guaranteed for 30 days so I thought no worries...Except for the fact that upon return, the store was out of business and empty! Out the money and the phone. Thumbs down!
