Judy Nails, Pasadena

I made two appointments and the girl who honours the Groupon was in Toronto both times. The first time I had to re-book and come back. She wasn't there for the second visit.Thankfully on the second try someone at the salon filled in and did my manicure.

Service was overall good. Attendant did not seem to speak English therefore did not say a word during treatment and was rather cold. Treatment itself was good minus cold water. I recommend the place. Judy the owner was very professional and welcoming. Other staff members seemed friendly :-)

I had great service once I was able to redeem my coupon. The problem, is management who makes it so hard to redeem your coupon. I got so much time trying to get my coupon redeem. The first time i showed up, the person who know owns Judy nail, could even bother getting up from her sitting position to help me. She was transmitting her information between another person. I can understand when you are busy, but this was not the case. It was early afternoon, no customers in the shop. If I’ll go back, only if they changer the manor they deal with wippcustomer.

It was good.
