Went in for simple oil change was told I needed brakes as well as maintenance. Was then told I needed a tune up. How redundant. I explained that I only wanted the oil.change, brakes and maintenance NOT the TUNE UP. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a loaner vehicle but to my surprise the did a tune up despite being told not to do the tune up. I've been at this location several times and grew to trust them. That ended with today's visit. DO NOT VISIT MEINEKE IN PASADENA.
