I got a Groupon for a 75 min hydrafacial. Only received 30 min… That’s not even the issue. The issue was that the girl who did my extractions had horrible pockmarks on her face. I should’ve taken that as a hint that she shouldn’t be doing my extraction at all! But I didn’t! Now I have 2 tiny pockmarks on MY face! And my face never had any of that crap before! I hope they go away!

I was very nervous about being upsold to a point where'd I'd walk out looking frozen or balloon faced. They put me at ease right away. They went over what I would need to reach my goal and that if I chose to do more, I could always come back in a few weeks. They explained what to consider in the future but did not come close to pushing it on me. I will definitely be going back for some maintenance (and maybe a bit more, we'll see). Very kind and courteous staff and very clean!
