Very fast appointment, procedure was explained and the procedure was very fast as well. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, easy to relate to. Was explained that the groupon was for a trial treatment, not a full treatment, may need additional treatments, so be prepared to do the treatment plan given to you for your situation.

Been a month since the treatment, no difference after the treatment, they want 500 more to complete remove the tattoo, my tattoo is only few dots. Not worth it!

First of all, location is not in Pasadena like advertised. Tattoo removal is in Diamond Bar. Dr. Rigor is a shady doctor. He kept pushing me to buy more sessions for over a $100 each. He said my tiny tattoo would take over 8 treatments. My 1st Groupon treatment was great. 2nd and 3rd all he did was laser my skin! Not my tattoo! I could see pink laser raised on my skin and not on the ink! SHADY!
