I loved every second of this! From the moment I walked in the door - I felt welcome and comfortable.I was a bit nervous not knowing what to expect - but the staff was amazing and explained everything. The actual sweat experience was so relaxing… The only downfall is I picked a program that was a little more time than the actual sweat so I don’t know how it ended, I will choose better next time!
