Always a fun (and educational) experience. I did notice that a few companies/businesses were not here this year (e.g., Spinatos, Noni Lim, Mom’s Gluten-Free), but there were new ones (a lot more bread/baking booths). Always appreciate the full gift bag of freebies given to you as you enter the expo.

It was great to have a space where I could go and feel fry to try everything. I would have liked to see area restaurants and caterers contribute and it would be more ideal to have areas or segmented space for informational components vs product sampling. It is hard to take in those different experiences in the same moment.

It was OK, it was scheduled at the same time as a graduation so parking was scarce. I ended up having to pay $13 for parking and was only there for about an hour. The booths were OK but with the cost for admission, the $13 for parking and my gas to get there it really wasn't worth it and I won't go again

From Our Editors

The CDF Gluten-Free EXPO is a critical and life-changing event for patients, family members, and the public to receive credible and current information, and a chance to discover food options now available for people with celiac disease and gluten sensitivity, and others who seek benefits from the gluten-free diet. Celiac Disease Foundation is a non-profit organization established in 1990 to improve the quality of life for all people affected by celiac disease and gluten sensitivity through funding important research, education, and advocacy initiatives. Today, under the guidance of a National Board of Directors and an internationally renowned Medical Advisory Board, the Foundation leads the fight to increase the rate of diagnosis, to improve treatments, and to find a cure for celiac disease.
