I noticed Yelp had alot of negative review regarding the receptionist but I would like to say that I had no issues what so ever and found her to be quite pleasant

Great variety of classes, but sometimes the front desk staff can be less than inviting.

I loved my class at yoga blue all but one thing. I have a shoulder injury, I told the instructor. I was having trouble with my shoulder, and while I was wearing the eye things and didn't see her coming, she came and pushed on my shoulders to move them into position. I do not care for having my body moved when I can't see someone coming. Otherwise I thought the instructor was effective and it was a good class.

I really enjoy the Restorative yoga class offered Monday & Wednesday at 4 PM. I am recovering from a knee injury, and so wanted to do something gentle that would not stress the joint. This class fills the bill perfectly, and I feel good all over after taking it. Thanks!

I'd dial back on the "We're now going to sing to the Hindu goddess _______" That's a bit much. Otherwise, though, well-run business.

Great vibe and attitude in the studio. However instructors have been late to several classes. This is an issue for many people. Honor our time or comp classes when instructors are more than 15min late. emphasize punctuality for instructors or comp sessions

The only thing that would makes me hesitate to go back is they keep the place really warm and have not spent money in window covering over the large window in the room which makes it too bright for a yoga class.

From Our Editors

When opening back in January 2010, Blue Sol Yoga began it's courses with original instructor and now studio director, Natalie DeRosa. With over 11 years dedicated to her practice, honing her technique and teaching classes herself, Natalie brings experience and positivity to the studio. Now joined by a staff of instructors, she leads students of varying skill levels, abilities, and interests through an eclectic schedule of sessions that, like a treadmill-powered Jeopardy board, exercises minds and bodies. The versatile practice space accommodates a variety of yoga styles, including hot yoga, which takes advantage of magma-filled heating ducts to raise the studio space up to a sweat-inducing 100 degrees. Blue Sol Yoga's mirror-lined practice room also hosts occasional workshops, special events, and chakra cotillions in order to broaden students' yogic horizons.
