Terrible experience. Paid for a remote start system. It took three visits for Car Worx to complete the installation in my 2010 vehicle. On the third trip, the remote start installation was finished, but one of the clips holding the panel under the steering wheel was broken. Now it hangs a little loosely. After a few months, my battery started to die suddenly. It turns out the wiring job was not ideal. The remote start drains the battery constantly even when the car is off. Now, less than a year later, the remote start has stopped working completely.

If there are extra charges with a Groupon deal mention there might be extra charges dont surprise the customer once they are there

Get someone at the front desk that wants to be there. The gal is awful!! She scheduled me for a remote start when it should have been widown tinting. So I had to come back on another day. She made no apology until I said it would be nice if someone apoligized since it wasn't my mistake but I was the one having to make a return trip. Her attitude when I came back for the new appointment was no better. I would not reccomend Car Worx to anyone.
