Sorry you feel this way but please tell us when did you come to the clinic and have the services denied or when did you even try to schedule an appointment the redemption could have been a mistake of one staff member but that does not mean that you could not use the voucher anymore, and if someone at the clinic told you that you couldn't use it please tell us who and when and we will follow through on that but just going ahead and slander like this when you didn't even give us a chance to see you at the clinic and being a patient or being denied services, is not right, after all, you got your money back from Groupon didn't you?

We are sorry you feeling this way, but in regards to your comment, this is NOT true. We do have a provider on site! Our facility has a safety protocol that applies to all patients, which states that EVERY patient is required to follow up in two weeks after the initial consultation. Every patient is notified of such protocol prior to making their appointment, and after that second consultation the Groupon deal which includes 6 injections in your case such injections are not linked to the number of visits covered by the Groupon deal anyway if you have had follow the instructions of taking one injection every week and in case of failing to show for them then you lose them, you failed to do as instructed and we still give the injection for that week and agreed to give the remainig 3, you asked to have consultations for as long as you have injections available, so you had six injections that translate to 6 weeks and we prescribed you 8 weeks of prescription that you picked up at the pharmacy Therefore, the refill consult is outside the six weeks and had to be paid for, again we're sorry you felt like you were misled, but this was all explained to you thoroughly.
