Do not use. I needed simply a new eye exam and ended up with a prescription that keeps getting “denied” when I attempt to order contacts simply because I guess they wrote a “script” for glasses.. also don’t purchase the glasses. Since the store was far away from work and home I asked and paid to have my new ones “shipped”… yah they are sideways on my face. Pics for proof. Don’t waste your money.

Had some issues finding the new location, since the one shown at voucher is permanent closed, but called and they said new location is some blocks near, abd they accepted their voucher,
