I arrived for my appointment and the staff was friendly. They accepted my Groupon which you can only use once. it was easy to make an appointment I just called and was scheduled immediately. I received the face and neck lift service, they applied gel to my face and neck and used a thermo machine for 15 mins, it provided this heat sensation which made my skin feel as if it were tightening.

Bought this Groupon over a year ago. It worked. Service was OK. Parking is horrible. Decided to buy another Groupon with them. It states only one Groupon every 180 days. It's been over 365 since last purchase. Be aware of this scam as they won't honor the Groupon and Groupon won't give a refund! Stay away from both!

I highly do not recommend! The guy that did my armpits barely went over half of them once! Poor service! Poor experience! I am going to fulfill my groupon but overall, do NOT reccomend
