Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The guy at the front desk took the time to answer all my questions before I handed him the keys, and gave me a quick tutorial about the new remote start fob before they sent me on my way.

Bought as a gift for my mother, She dropped the car early AM, was told she'd recieve a call when done. She called at 6pm to see if it was done, turns out they never got to it; it'd be ready the next day. When she picked it up she asked about a discount for keeping the car to which the owner replied "I'll have my tech take it out right now". At checkout, she showed them the screenshot from my phone with the Groupon order number & confirmation details. They told her they needed to see my physical phone or they wouldn't let her leave. I had to leave work, drive there so my mother could get her car. When I'm there, they look at the Groupon details, (which i sent to my mother) and say she's good to go. Owner was just a scorn, sad human.. really sad actually. Technician(red beard) was a nice guy who seemed to be keeping the place afloat for this lady. Summed up- I'd gladly pay 2x the price to go elsewhere

There was an additional $165 purchase because of the make, model, & year of my car (Subaru Empreza hatchback 2013) which I knew going in. The staff was very nice & the remote starter is great.
