To encourage and inspire people of all ages to move better, we believe in using functional movement that you see in everyday life, and constantly vary them so you never plateau.

What we love most about this job is to see people having fun and changing the way their body moves and feels.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

Members continued with the boot camp throughout the year because they loved the community they created and the changes they made in their bodies.

Industrial Revolution CrossFit is a wonderful place to be. Kelly the owner is fabulous and will show you the ropes. Warm, welcoming and such a great workout. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean facility, locker room, showers and a wide range of days and times of classes to fit anyone’s schedule. I’d highly recommend.
