White Dog Distilling, Pawtucket

Carlo and Alecia Catucci are not only partners in life, but also in the distilling business. Together with two friends, Vin Greene and Eric Sylvestre, they decided to establish their own spirit manufacturing facility. Opened in 2018, White Dog Distilling aims to produce spirits that can appeal not only to amateurs, but also to long-time spirit aficionados.

1.What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

White Dog Distilling is a small batch, craft distillery that produces Whiskey, Gin, Bourbon, Rum, Moonshine and Limoncello.

2. What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Carlo, the Head Distiller and Founder, a lover of spirits and science was moved to create his own.
