Sanctuary is the North Shore's hub for yoga practice, culture, and lifestyle. Offering over 20 classes weekly, workshops, live music events, teacher training, private coaching and healing services, kids and teens, special programs, guest teachers and artists, and retreats to international and local destinations.

In collaboration with their beloved mentors and friends, Shiva Rea and Demetri Velisarius, Kalanidhi and JaiShree Dow‑Spielman opened Sanctuary, a Center for Yoga & Healing in late 2016. Jaishree and Kalanidhi are devoted bhakti yogis, certified yoga teachers, mentors, energy healers, motivational speakers and writers, as well as life-long musicians and married partners. Sanctuary hosts educators and students of all faiths and a variety of movement, music, philosophy, and healing modalities, encouraging new and established guests to share their gifts and lineages in a loving, inclusive, and safe environment.

Yoga classes are held 7 days a week with a schedule to suit all abilities, levels, and moods. Classes include modalities such as: Vinyasa - which helps create balance, strength, and flexibility, Slow Flow - to take it easy while still finding peace, Power Yoga - with physically challenging poses and a faster pace, Gentle - a relaxed class perfect for beginners, Restorative - which includes candle light and soothing music, and Soul Culture Flow - their signature class led by JaiShree and/or Kalanidhi with live music accompaniment.
