I would recommend not using this spa at all, but if you do, make sure they actually have and use the toxin that you request. And ask for a copy of the provider’s notes as well to be sure what they are saying to you is what they are actually putting in their records.

No issues scheduling and using my Groupon, but injectable providers are only available Tuesdays. I scheduled with Margaret who was very friendly. What matters the most to me with Botox, is getting what I want, not the provider. I found 20 units worked perfect, and some providers would argue with me. Margaret was not that, she listened. They only had dysport tho and I would have preferred Botox
