I really love the workout and the one on one. nice trainers and they listen to what you have to say. I like that its not packed with people all over the place.

The owner was nice and tried to be accommodating. We were obviously the only people interested in this groupon so there was only my kids there and just not at what the kids expected. I will say that the boys did enjoy the work-outs, the benefit was that they received one-on-one time with trainer. Overall the kids got a good workout.

Encouraging and patient with newcomers and former couch potatoes. Very supportive and it's obvious you can get results with their work out regimen and meal recommendations. No starving allowed and No Judgement. Great!
